Xiner Semiconductor Technology has introduced a new 1200V800A C2 module, utilizing self-developed IGBT and emitter control technology FRD based on the MPT process platform, with a package compatible with 62mm.
This product boasts ultra-low saturation voltage drop, extremely low switching loss, and an integrated full current positive temperature coefficient continuous current diode to enable multi-parallel use. It is primarily utilized in photovoltaic, energy storage, motor controller and other related fields.
芯能半導體新推出一款1200V800A C2模塊，該模塊采用自主研發(fā)的基于MPT工藝平臺的IGBT和發(fā)射極控制技術的FRD，封裝兼容62mm。
此產(chǎn)品具有超低的飽和壓降、超低開關損耗的特點，內(nèi)置全電流正溫度系數(shù)續(xù)流二極管，利于多并聯(lián)使用，主要應用在光伏、儲能、電機控制器等領域。
